ART:Canvas bridges physical art and digital ownership. Artists license their series prints as NFTs with a revenue-sharing model, while collectors enjoy both the physical piece on their wall and the NFT in their wallet. I defined the product strategy, designed the licensing and revenue-sharing mechanics, and led the UX from artist onboarding through collector purchase flow.
